sonictooth Posted November 8, 2009 Report Share Posted November 8, 2009 Hey,Few guys here looking to put together a band, been bashing out some tunes for a while.Looking for a drummer mainly but it would be good to hear from any musicians (what an ugly word) with similar interests.Main influences are: Sonic Youth, Pavement, My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Kyuss, Nirvana, Beck, Radiohead, Electric Wizard, Sebadoh, Dinosaur Jr, Mudhoney, Love, Orange Goblin, Pixies, Pumpkins, Spiritualized, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Jesus and Mary Chain, etc (I could go on for some time here).We have set up a MySpace page with some tunes to give folk an idea of what we're up to:Midnight on the Moon on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music DownloadsThe songs on there are very roughly and quickly recorded so dont judge too harshly (but hey, we like music to be rough and quick).So yeah, would be great to hear from some people.
