The_Tank
They could just stay in the same building they are in now, whats the problem with that one anyway. The new building supposly won't be able to hold them all anyway. 90million, 68 million, just think how much of that money could be used to help people through centers for people with special needs, or doing up roads,
Soda Jerk
My boss says its reached 90mil over the past couple of weeks, with the prospect of it possibly never being finished, and a heap of money just pissed into a black hole. I don't know how in the know he is about it all though.
givemeasmile
I just booked myself a 2 day holiday to Berlin with Ryanair and it cost me 2 return with no tax or fuck all, but it costs 6.20 to get to the city centre from the village I stay in. This makes it cheaper to go to Berlin for lunch than Aberdeen.
geo1903
I always seem to get nailed with taxes and luggage charges when I browse the Ryanair site. Need a cheap flight to London and back next week too.

Only reason I got it was a one hour sale, who wants to go to Berlin at 5.30 in the morning? haha
Scorge
I understand the council is broke but why are they suddenly trying to make all their money out of car owners?Car owners are easy targets: the council know most of them won't abandon them in favour of public transport because of how shit it is! They can't put Council Tax up either because their recovery figures would take a hit (less people able to pay, fewer successful benefit applications, etc)not

MattJimF
Sunday parking has been on the go for a few years now. Chapel St used to be free on weekends' date=' not sure if it still is though[/quote']It's not, as of a couple of weeks ago.It hasn't been free since Christmas, something to do with people who work in town taking up all the spaces before the shoppers get into town.I usually just park on a single yellow up by Thistle Street area, just note where there are signs saying Mon-Sat 8am-6pm sorted.
