I was wondering how it sounds cranked up, and if it would be possible to play with it in a band situation on it's own or maybe through a 1x12 cab. Lame Guitarist Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 I have the head version. It sounds pretty good when its cranked but I modded mines and revalved with better quality tubes. Even standard, its a cracking wee thing for the price and sounds really good through a V30 loaded cabI reckon to use it on its own at a gig it would be fine as long as you were mic'd. Gonna go into Brucies and try one.There is a vid on youtube somewhere where the guy plays a V an Halen song with everything up (even all the EQ at 10) and it sound brill!
