numberblack
I'm going to be in Aberdeen this week until Sunday and was wondering if there is any good independant music shops worth having a look at, gigs pref punk/hardcore/metal, or anything else worth visiting. Frosty Jack
For instrument type music shops there's R&B Music at the Green, and Bruce Millers near the top end of Union Street. And for gigs, The Moorings is going to be pretty mental this Saturday I reckon.

kirkt
Is the Cavern still open? It looks like it's been closed last few times I went down...I feel bad if it has cos it had some real good stuff, specially 60s/psych stuff but I could never afford to buy anything

numberblack
Thanks for the info. I'll deff be checking out one up records. Always like to have a bit of a hoke through the cd shops to see what I can find. Stopped off in perth on the way up here, the hmv there is dire, but then what hmv isn't.
