Alan Cynic
I'm a Strawbs fan of long standing....saw them at the Music Hall on the 'Bursting at the seams 'tour. Grave New World is a pretty good effort, but my faves are Dragonfly and Antiques & Curios. Also like Spirit and Terry Riley (he was up here not long ago, at the Cowdray Hall.....VG night!).If you can take Dave Cousins' voice you might like some of Tom Rapp's (Pearls Before Swine) recordings (check out Balaclava, or One Nation Underground). Alan Cynic
Cue me and chilli reminiscing about Hawkwind at the Cowdray Hall (very early 70s) (the date, not our ages, although it's damned close!!!)
