His mix of dark humour, cutting observations and clever one-liners mean Nelson has become a solidly consistent and excellent stand-up to be reckoned with. His talents are so highly thought of he charted at number 62 in The List magazine's 100 Hottest Scottish Stars of 2006.Mark, 26, triumphed at the inaugural Scottish Comedian of the Year competition in September last year at a showcase event in Glasgow 's Old Fruitmarket in front of an esteemed panel of judges and an audience of over 300.
