rick allen should have got higher in my opinion...any one armed drummer deserves much more respect then that coz he still plays pretty damn good despite being at a major disadvantage!

i must say i like travis barkers style of drumming, he looks ace when he does it, altough not the greatest drummer ever but he is probably one of my favourites.

Why are dillingers drummer and Igor Cavelera really low in the list? Arg some people have no sense with lists.

It's really more like "What drummers have you heard of?"

You can't take it seriously' date=' especially if it has Phil Collins [i']anywhere in it, let alone at number 18...

Phil Collins is a superb drummer, I'm not a fan of his singing but as a drummer he really is one of the best in the world, I'd ceratinly rate him in the top 10 drummers in the world alongside Cozy Powell, Rick Allen and various others...

Cheers

You're making a habit of being astonished ;) It does surprise me that people don't rate PC's drumming more, he's a phenomenal drummer, you just need to hear some of the stuff he did with PG era Genesis to see the guy can drum !!

Cheers

without any doubt or hesitation

Buddy Rich is the best drummerI have ever seen, and he was fairly knocking on, probably in his late 60 s early 70s.

Jim Ewen fae The Staccato set is my favourite Aberdeen drummer.

Em i don't see how you can think Dave Grohl is that good a drummer, shure his scream stuff is ok but he's nothing phenominal. His nirvana work is not that great either. Also the Killing Joke cd was just the Killing Joke drum style. he didnt really add anything new to their formula. Jaz Colmen probibly told him exactly wat to play anyway.

Another thing is that taylor from the Foos is a boring generic drummer, who uses little inovation in his drum patterns or maybe thats just me.
