Moving from an IT operational support role (Apps - where I've spent most of my career) into a vendor as a software consultant doing new installs, upgrades and customisations for clients. I'm sure that kind of drop in weight is borderline unhealthy but I feel way better so i'm not bothered. Gonna up the exercise when i reintroduce real food so I can keep from going back up.
