I'm going to hazard a guess that it's probably option 1. I've never heard that metaphor anywhere else however. He has effectively invented terminology for the purposes of rhyme. In that way one could consider Sisqo a 90s Shakespeare, as I often do. Interestingly, there could be a third possibility in this analysis. The Oxford Urban Dictionary cites 'Dumps like a truck' being defined also as "...huge boobs, over size D, most know from the phase "damn Zack's mom got dumps like a truck yo". Thus, it could be construed that Sisqo is in fact spreading focus to other female bodily parts, not just the posterior, in his verse.
