I'm sure on occasion they have let me off though, although that has been more when I'm not cancelling, but moving it to the next day.Ah, booking @ Tom's. I've phoned up to book before and whoever it was knew my name jsut from my voice over the phone. They don't even know my name when htey see me in person... amazing, etc...
