Blitzkrieg Bob
Sad news indeed. As a teenage punk rocker, The Cramps introduced me to a genre of music I 'd probably have never looked the way of. I saw them play at The Capitol and the Music Hall back in the day and they were both fantastic gigs. Lux was a brilliant frontman who gave 100% every time. RIP. Monster Zero
Got into them after their Capitol gig but saw The Music Hall one, great night.Brilliant band, although the last couple of albums were dissappointing. Fittingly I had all their albums on rotation on my Shuffle last week.Sad news.*Goes to dig out Napa Hospital gig DVD...

Swingin' Ryan
Gutting The Cramps have been one of my favourite bands for years and Lux was a total original. It's shocking how little recognition they got and I always admired how they plugged on without any of the huge success their peers got and just carried on in their own world! Amazing guy and amazing band.
