Dayeth Posted January 28, 2009 Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 I really hope the potential this game has for really being a tribute to the career of Metallica is going to be even half the extravaganza I have in mind, where they actually focus properly on everything after 1991 too. The appearance of No Leaf Clover and the Mercyful Fate medley gives me hope, I just hope they play on some of the important live shows and eras that Metallica have had over the years.The non-metallica songs are pretty sweet. Mostly.no leaf clover is probably my favourite metallica song. not a classic by any means, but i like it a lot.the track list does look pretty relevant, though still can't get over the fact machine head actually called a song beautiful mourning. All the pedal is going to do is split the signal of the GH:WT drums to make the difficult bits a bit easier. Based on this I'd say that it wouldn't be compatibile with the Rock Band kit. Rass Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 as far as I know the second pedal is really just for the new difficulty - "Expert +" which is going to be retardedly hard and double-bass-tastic. Although I'd imagine could make the other difficulties a bit more interesting too.And yes, the trailer is freaking awesome, tho I love how all the guys look cartoony except Rob, who just looks like... Rob. The fact they mo-cap all the artists is pretty sweet too, all the movements, gestures and mannerisms are perfect.Looking forward to seeing which of the stages and settings from over the years made it in.
