Johnny Mac Posted January 14, 2009 Report Share Posted January 14, 2009 Anyone watch this show?It's another one of those i'm 3 seasons behind in getting into.I picked up season 1 and watched the first few episodes last night. Pretty funny stuff in parts.The basic storyline is a grieving widow bringing up her 2 kids by becoming a drug dealer. Fun times.Think i'll pick up season 2 this week! It gets exponentially gash after that though.The 'you're an uptight white woman from the suburbs and I'm a sassy old black woman from the hood' banter gets worn pretty quicklyWorth watching for Nancy Botwin alone though. I don't see that happening any time soon as i have the rest of Season 2 of Friday Night Lights and all of Season 3, the rest of Season 1 of LA Ink, all 5 seasons of Peep Show, both seasons of Spaced and the new episodes of Lost and Fringe to watch first.Peep Show and Spaced cost me 18.38 for over 900mins of telly goodness from Zavvi.
