That is a fucking bargain and a half.Half-Life on Steam

Le Stu
I just put my old copy on my new PC. It's amazing that it runs fine on Vista 64 after a decade!I may play it through again for a laugh come christmas. It looks a bit dated but still plays great, especially on a modern PC:up:

Ross.
I was wanting to download Left 4 Dead in the Steam sale, but since I have a laptop I haven't really got the space for it on my hard drive. Would the game (and Steam) run fine if I installed them onto an external drive, or would this cause problems?

Would the game (and Steam) run fine if I installed them onto an external drive, or would this cause problems? To be honest, it would seem unlikely. Downloading and playing games you have through Steam will always be installed under the default directory you have specified during the installation of Steam itself, so I am sure it would work fine.21gb for games i didnt play or didnt even have downloaded simply client content????As i say all i need is there 8gb client stuff as thats all i ever play (rarley)Are you sure that wasn't just your nugget porn collection?
