Spoonie
I'm a Giants fan. All good. Our front four are monsters and out O-Line is rightly heralded as the best in the NFL. As an O-Lineman myself, I approve heartily More importantly than the NFL, however, is my own team the East Kilbride Pirates making it to the British Division One Final on September 27th! Captain America
No ESPN for you? It's back to back action right through the day/nightESPN is just on Sky isn't it. So no ESPN for me, I start my job soon though, I may invest in Sky Sports package as a present to me, from me.

Captain America
You can get ESPN on freeview. Is that one not 9.99 a month? For the one channel?
Scootray
Aye. Bit of a rip really.
Spoonie
be wary as well, because quite often with those packages you only get ESPN (with the football) not ESPN America (with the NCAA American football) so you pay a tenner and still don't get what you're after! Captain America
It does look fun. I could never find out about anything in Aberdeen though (through use of google anyway).

Woodsinho
Yeah, there's a flag football (no pads, no tackling) team called the oilcats but no full team.
Nev
Accidentally watched the first half of the Colts game last night. Manning and Wayne were on fire. Immense.

Woodsinho
They are the Bungles no more (for this week at least).Titans lost again, 0-3 now, not looking too rosy for a playoff run.
Captain America
The giants are looking mighty. My 49ers are doing good so far, could be problems now though with Gore out...
Captain America
It's nice how Crabtree's plan of getting more money by not playing (and in his mind making us a worse team) has now failed and he has rejoined contract talks because we are 3-1.Serves him right. Greedy dick.
Woodsinho
...and he's signed a 6 year deal.I'll be surprised if the 49ers don't make the play-offs from here, the NFC West has to be the softest division in the NFL this year. Arizona are looking like a shadow of the team that got to the Superbowl last season and Seattle are useless when Matt Hasselbeck is injured (such as right now and most of last season) and then there's St. Louis, the Rams, who have been playing more like Lambs in recent times.Titans are 0-4, like the Lambs. I miss last season. I miss being 10-0.

Cloud
The giants are looking mighty. Yes, but can Farve can go the distance, which seems unlikely given his past few seasons. He faded badly towards the end of his last season with the Packers, faded away last year and I really don't believe he'll be able to keep it up this season. If I was Minnesota, I'd be looking at putting Favre on to start some of the later games, but take him off after the first drive. It'll keep the streak going, but his body just won't hold up playing full games between now and the the playoffs. For that reason, they'd be wise to get someone else to stand in for most of the latter season games once the hard work is done - and a healthy and fit Farve would be ready for the playoffs. It's a risky strategy, but it seems sensible.
