KimyReizeger
What a load of pish. I can't buy tickets for the Dons game at Celtic unless I've booked tickets before. What is the reason for this?
Lemonade
Is it home or away? You can't buy tickets for Rangers or Celtic games at Pittodrie unless you've bought tickets before, this is to stop Rangers or Celtic fans phoning up and buying tickets in the home end, so it stops crowd trouble. If it's away from home I don't know, perhaps cos there is a limited number at away games they want to reward fans for their loyalty.
KimyReizeger
this is to stop Rangers or Celtic fans phoning up and buying tickets in the home end, .This I can understand, if this truly is a problem. However, it's a bit harsh as I never book tickets, simple as that. I don't go to every game and when I do I just 'go along'.perhaps cos there is a limited number at away games they want to reward fans for their loyaltyThis, I don't. Free market; screw loyalty; first come first serve! Unless I only need to have booked, say, one time before? I'm sure I can find someone who's booked a game before. Chris
You have to be on the database. It's not new, they've been doing it for years and before that you had to have vouchers from other games to buy for the big games. It also encourages folk to go to the smaller games occasionally. Jeanette
It doesn't make it impossible for Rangers and Celtic fans to get tickets for the home end though... I've done it (I think I had a moment of insanity)...

Jeanette
What do you mean? You're a Gers fan who has sat in the away section at Ibrox?I should've quoted Lucky Rathen...No. I was meaning about Old Firm supporters sitting in the home end at Pittodrie. Somebody mentioned further up that the database stopping OF supporters getting home end tickets for Aberdeen. Can you not just get someone else to get the ticket for you?! I'm sure plenty of Dons fans wouldn't mind.
