TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
So MadebyMike is mental busy and it looks like my custom fuzz will be a long time coming (currently 9th on the list!). This makes me think that I am better off down another avenue, what do people suggest for a doomy, 70's rock fuzz? I thinking of going with North Effects and then buying a TC Electronics Spark mini to use as a boost. Always nice to get opinions though. James Broonbreed
magnetic effects solar bender does 70's pretty well. Not sure about doomy but you can definitely get some Sabbath out of it

Get the soldering iron out and see if Fuzz Dog do a nice kit to suit your requirements?

fertuiee
The bassist from Fu Manchu makes these. I got one a couple of years ago and its brilliant. Really versatile. Its Doom's really well but you can turn the dial and it becomes a pretty dirty, dirt box. Thats the best kind of dirt box, a dirty one, so im told. colb
Flights has a Nine of Swords pedal, dunno which one - it's pretty sweet. I think SIDCA use them as well. Earthquaker Hoof Reaper is a beast, so is the DBA Fuzz War. Fredric Effects and Rainger FX make some cool toys as well - the Freakensteins Dwarf is one i'm thinking about getting. Meyer Page-1 even?
