James Broonbreed
a fair bit nastier. Sounds even better with a boost before or after it. Bang on Ty Segall funnily enough.
James Broonbreed
Slightly tempted to change my mustang pickups at some point. Have you taken this step yet, Jan?
TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
Not yet. I think it'll be into the new year before I do it. Depending on the cost of the Creamery pick ups, I'd like to go for 2 "Alt 88's" and wire it like a telecaster.
James Broonbreed
I was reckoning alt 88's inna. About twice as hot as stock though.... we shall see...

Alkaline
Is it that good!?Some say that it wavers in and out of time like some sort of cosmic needle and thread, some say that it stitches back together the very fabric of the universe, but with that power also comes the ability to render all space and time irrelevant.Others say that due to the uncomplicated nature of its foundation that the tone is literally like a perfectly egged pudding, they may be right, whoever they are... Trikelops
I have a 1968 Ibanez P- bass, had since new. Also got a 1970s Epiphone Rock Bass and a Futurama P-bass.One bass amp, an Ashdown 180. Got a Raven Roadie guitar amp that is intended for harmonica use and a Behringer 60 watt that was meant for harp use too, but has a fault.
