Love_Burns
Any players out there?Complete beginner and wanting to learn, no musical backgroud at all. Just wandering if there any specific models good to learn on? And if these are easily available from the likes of amazon? Seems to be a lot of books/models on there.Cheers in advance! jamesbroonbreed
I regret buying a heap o diatonics instead of a chromatic if that helps.
Frosty Jack
Depends what you want to play. There's some good discussion here -http://www.aberdeen-music.com/forums/musicians-corner/42319-chromatic-harmonicas.htmland there are heaps of good websites. (eg Home-Harmonica.com - how to play the harmonica)If you want something bluesy/rock then you need a diatonic. If you want something more straight-laced or classical type then you want a chromatic. You're almost certainly looking at a Hohner though, whatever style you want.
