AronMaiden
Has anyone used SOS Masterticket - Sold Out Specialists in Tickets to get tickets for anything? The Reading and Leeds website says not to use it but it looks pretty genuine with the phone number and stuff but I am pretty gullible. Any advice? MattJimF
rip off avoid like the plague. They take your money in the hope they can buy tickets from other sources, usually unsucessfully, and are a pain to get a refund from. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY TICKETS!!! Cloud
What's ethical about buying/selling tickets at face value? They're a commodity - and anyone with an ounce of sense (and a belief in the free market) can see that allowing commodities to exchange hands at a fair price, free of interference. If you consider that a lot of secondary agents will actually source difficult-to-obtain tickets, then it's fair enough. And I suspect the only reason the music industry is crying about secondary agents is because they're not getting a cut of the (sometimes substantial) profits.
