Some interesting information sourced from that event. The best part was when the guy who discovered Oasis had some verbal exchanges with the A&R guy from Warner Brothers Records the over treatment of bands after signing a record deal. Serves him right for signing Snow Patrol I suppose.Won't be along this time but I've been to a fair few of these in years gone by and they're always interesting. If you haven't been before and want to know a little more about how things work further up the chain then (even if it's just so you know who to avoid) you should go along. The 'panel' seemed happy with the event so I would be happy to run it again with some different speakers.
