Chris
The Verve, Rage Against the Machine, REM and Kings of Leon head up a stellar cast for Balado Friday 11th - Sunday 13th July 2008Rage Against the MachineThe question is do I want to go just for RATM and then potentially ruin the good memories I have of them... With the exception of Kings of Leon, of course.

Guest bluesxman
Its like a TITP time machine, back to the 1st event in 1994 when RATM headlined the main stage on Saturday night.which I saw through a drunken haze.
TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
It looks like there will be a good mix of bands at T in the Park then. I think if I'm going to any festival this year it will be Connect though...
Skacel
that line up already shits on last years one!
Mouse
The Verve, Rage Against the Machine, REM and Kings of Leon would be my main reasons for going. A few odd bands like the Chemical Brothers too would be good. Other than that most of it I don't really care for. RATM should be playing somewhere like download. I don't think a lot of the indie fanboys will take to them well
Chris
RATM should be playing somewhere like download. I don't think a lot of the indie fanboys will take to them wellWhy? They've played the festival before and are one of the biggest bands of the last 20 years. I'm sure they have more than enough crossover appeal to headline T in the park, especially as it's 8 years since they were in the UK.
