stuartmaxwell
aye smart vans, although the 50 per day ones are not quite ideal if you have a big backline as its pretty small in the back

Previous clients have included The Needles, edgar prais, Taylored sound and Jamesy the promoter -formerly of Moshulu/ Tunnels /Lemon Tree , cor, we even did the Automatic , it's a pity thon droopy arsed acrobat the keyboardist/ singer left - he was my favourite, cheers Biz. Guest idol_wild
AIG seem good. But all the way to Glasgow to pick up a fucking van?
Scandopop
Aig vansAIG vans are unreliable. whenever I've been to a festival in Scotland there is always an AIG van broken down. They do not seem to offer any breakdown cover and the vans are falling apart. I've driven one and the turbo was bust on it so it didn't go over 30mph up a hill or over 50 on the motorway. I actually met a guy who sold them it 4 years ago and he said it was like that when he sold it! I've been in ones where the doors don't lock so your stuff is insecure, others that haven't started...I would say, if your tour is long enough to make it worth while, make the trip to London and get a Tiger Tours van - they are actually cheaper per day for the quality of van you get. Or, hire a Tour Manager who comes with a van.

Sam 45
I have heard of two different bands that have used an AIG van and the sliding door has come off on the motorway.
