Frosty Jack Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 Any of you speccy types know about this?I had a video sitting in my shopping cart on iTunes for a while, but when I try to buy it, it just says I have already purchased it but it hasn't been downloaded yet. Then when I click OK it says "Unable to check for purchases. An unknown error occured (5002)"Even if I clear everything and try to download it again the same thing happens.Ideas?N.B. answers along the lines of "don't use iTunes then" will not be appreciated...
