Guest Savant
This reminds me of the Colemans mustard advert where the guy in tweed's going on about 'meaty goodness' and he runs a finger along the cows back, licks it & goes 'mmmm'! I wonder what the veggie brigade thought of that.
RossP
Haggis is the best thing ever. Mince and Lamb also brilliant. Not a fan of Chicken or Fish, which i get a slagging for
Chris
I like my steaks medium, not bloody but still pink in the middle. Can't stand well done, dry, chewy, flavourless steak.I love all meat but the ones I eat the most often are beef, lamb, pork (love a good chop served with lots of mustard) and trout (cheap, quick to cook, tastes great)Also like venison a lot but all I can ever find in the supermarket are rubbish venison grillsteaks. Alkaline
Black Pudding is so good, and entirely underrated. White pudding is pretty mingin' though. What about haggis? Love it.There's not enough meat in white pudding to qualify it for this discussion.Black pudding is amazing. I would only eat Black Pudding, red pudding is shite too.In fact if i could only eat one thing forever Black Pudding would be high on the list.Haggis is great too, Red pudding is clearly just an attempt at a Haggis/Black Pudding hybrid.I love chicken and turkey and bacon. Beef's good too, especially in sausage/mince format. Pork sausages are pretty shite. Venison's good too but as Chris said good venison is hard to come by.I've tried crocodile, ostrich and kangaroo before as well. All those are pretty decent.I'm not a fan of Lamb. Guest DustyDeviada
I used to work in a restaurant, and the chef's would get would up by people asking for "medium" steaks. Apparently that isn't one of the correct terms. You should in fact ask for:BlueRareMedium RareMedium Well DoneWell Done

A.Pel
I actually bum fish - Prawns and langoustines being at the top, next mussels and scallops. Nothing beats some lemon sole and a hefty salmon. Good sushi is excellent. I eat the ''specialist salamis'' all the time at work, big up the chorizo. Sunday morning comes and we're making bacon butties and eating a nice fat chicken. Our Roast Turkey is nice too. And omg, Medium Rare Aberdeen Angus. Parma Ham is not bad when you've got the cash...great on pizza with a bit of marscapone.CHRISTMAS LUNCH GAMMON = HEAVEN.'Surf and Turf' @ Archie Simpsons = next best thing.I have also eaten Kangaroo which wasn't bad. Crocodile, sorry to say Alkaline and Bodast, I thought was rubbish.I don't know how anyone can go through a day without at least eating, if not dreaming of Bbq ribs, cheeseburgers and a ham sandwhich (salad optional). If I ever have to live with a veggie, I think I'll kill them. None of this ''omg wash that frying pan now its got animal fat in it!!'' shite. Or worse, ''my food needs to be cooked first so it doesn't get contaminated!!!!''. Sorry, I'm hungry, I'm making my food first so fuck off with your egg and tofu sarnie...
