I saw Certain Death at Drakes a few years ago, they were fucking brilliant. Kind of similar to Capdown, with two lead singers going back and forth. Loads of energy. I hope they do well.

Amazing band, Certain Death. The first time I saw them at Drakes was definitely one of the best things I saw at the Doc's.

Wouldn't ever compare them to Capdown though!! They're nae ska!

But lovely stuff nontheless.

It was a bit of a lazy comparison! But Capdown aren't exclusively ska... I meant due to the thumping drums and fast loud bass and stuff.

That time of year again. Jeez, where's my life going.

Conspiracy theories will no doubt raise their heads, usually by frineds of bands that don't get through. Pretty much all nonsense. There are new bands that play the T Break stage by invite and don't go through the heats. Undoubtadely the judges will have favourites but there a few judges...

The 120 back handers that Atom Flask and Staccato Set gave in the past helped our cuase though ;)

You should have tried breaking the 100 mark, you may have gotten to P In The Dark (unless you did play and i'm in stupid mode) o_O

We played Teee in the Paaaark in 2003. Pretty sure i made my money back on all the vip perks though ;)

Never did pull that Sugababe though :(

Helped your music career along as much as mine then... ;)

We should have paid 160 this would have ensured punters walk 'into' the tent and not past it, unless it's chucking it down...

Scottish weather, the unsung hero of unsigned bands

A little local press.....

Five North-east bands are set to battle it out for the chance to play T In The Park this summer.Fiction/Action, Flaming Katy, Project: Venhell, Miss The Occupier and The Little...

Also FK were played on Vic Galloway's show on Monday night. You can listen again on his site or listen to "all bets are off" on our myspace and imagine Vic advertising the T Break gigs either side of it.....
