RF Scott
WWW.MYSPACE.COM/SATURDAYLOOKSGOODTOMESaturday Looks Good to Me is an experimental indie pop band that formed in 1999. The group is led by singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Fred Thomas (former member of His Name Is Alive, Lovesick, Flashpapr). Through Fred Thomas, the group's major songwriter, the group creates intricate soundscapes which harken back to Detroit soul.Saturday Looks Good To Me is a pop band with no members, a sound with no story. Well, not exactly. In fact, the Detroit group's only constant member; songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Fred Thomas has worked with over 75 different talented folks on the bands' recorded output and live shows over the years. And the stories behind the songs involve years of pop music history, an endless appreciation of punk culture and ethics, and attic rooms stuffed with boxes of unlabeled 4 track tapes. Perhaps the point is that nothing matters but the waves in the air when you hear your new favorite song for the first time, and Saturday Looks Good To Me is only interested in making your new favorite songs.New album released this Summer on K Records, home of Beat Happening, The Microphones, The Blow, etc!+COPY HAHO www.myspace.com/copyhahoCHRIS BATHGATE www.myspace.com/chrisbathgate

RF Scott
How busy was it? Numbers wise, roughly.Forgot to mark down people as they entered as it got busier, but from the money I'd place a guess at between 100 and 120. I suck at making guesses though. If he wants to come forth and have Aberfeldy fans lambast him, then I'm sure he will. But the rest of us all know he's right.
