Chris
Anyone here tried the Easy Peasy curries from Spice Of Life on Rosemount? As I had today off I wandered up and bought a load of them. Going to try them next week. They're basically a little pack containing the blended spices for whichever curry you're making along with the recipe to make it. So all you do is buy the meat, veg and oil it tells you to buy and follow the instructions. I figure it's got to be better than the jars of sauce that always taste the same (although the Loyd Grossman ones are pretty good).

Davey_sc
Fuck that. A chicken korma from the Nosheen in Ellon will do for me.
Frosty Jack
Fantastic stuff. I first met her years ago when she was selling her stuff from a little stall at various events. Still remember that first Jalfrezi...

Chris
Had the Bhoona last night and it was awesome. So easy to make (really only a step or two in difficulty more than using a jar of sauce, but so much better) and didn't take much longer than using a jar, and most of that time was preparing the onions and tomatoes. Going to have the leftovers for lunch in a minute
