Maybe I'm out of touch, but heard these guys the other day. Kinda Dizzy Rascal-Punkoid-Dance stuff. The single "That Boy That Girl" will surely be huge anyway.

Considering the mediocre Enter Shikari are hailed as the second coming 'cos the have some glowsticks to wave during the RUBBISH beatdowns, hopefully this lot'll do ok....

Good christ man! You owe me a new set of ears. My previous pair fell off from too much bleeding.

It's an OK album. Number 4 in Rough Trade's albums of the year and they are about ONE MILLION times cooler than you, Kerrang Boy.

I don't care WHO "validates" her, its shite.

*hits the deck laughing*

Well, it's an easy target. I'm quite happy with myself and ignoring the preconcieved notions of "cool" - especially from the grindcore elite....

(May have shot down my own anti-Lily Allen argument there!)

Anyway, I think the Hadouken single is pretty good.

I just think it's a brilliant insult in general, that's all, nothing personal. Don't bother with the "elite" nonsense, you tried that one before.

also, not that it should matter, but they are such obvious rich kids. yugh. 'trash fashion', 'bono must die', any band on the 'myspace bleep bleep tour' (how ironic and retro) and even 'the klaxons' must be shot. and so should their fans.

They're far more listenable than Enter Shikari and their desperate Metal/Techno crossover, but as Kernel Loaf said, they are pure Nathan Barley.

I love the fact in one of their songs he's having a go at "Hoxton Hero's in skinny jeans" and "Indie Cindy's in polka dot dresses", and in their pictures the guys are wearing skinny jeans and the girls wearing polka-dots.

The tune alone is relatively catchy, but everything else is a bit cringeworthy.
