Bowl O' Alpen
First of all, I love the fact that Mardi Gras is literally translated as Fat Tuesday...I often wonder what the manufacturer of 'Jif' lemon juice do for the other 364 days of the year when lemon juice is largely uncalled for. And it's the only day of the year I would ever consider buying flour.

FezMonkey
Made far too much batter, so I'm still eating pancakes. My flatmate and I have had to come up with some interesting variations.Best one so far was a savory melted cheese and red pepper pancake.
