The more signatures that it gets the more chance there is of killing this system that is stopping real fans getting their hands on tickets.Anyway, sign it, send it around, let's try and make this thing happen!We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to ban the re-sale of concert/gig/theatre/sport/events tickets. It includes the introduction of kite marks for reputable ticket sales outlets and the establishment of a website allowing fans to exchange tickets at face value.Ms Jowell also called on the industry to set up a returns policy, whereby fans can return tickets at face value to the original sellers if they are unable to attend the event.
