With some piercings they will do it at 14 if a parent is with you, i'm not sure if this applys to tongue aswel.Out of the 30+ piercings i've had over the last 5 years my tongue was one of the first, and one of the only ones i've got left, i still absolutley love it, and if i take it out my mouth just feels weird! Those aged 14 to 16 must bring a parent or guardian with them. Also, piercings below the neck and on tongues at this age are carried out at the discretion of the piercer.
