Look at the right wing Nazis or communist Stalin era. As for drugs, I fail to see how legalisation would stop the addiction / robbery cycle.I believe religious tolerance has to be taught from a young age and drug education taught to senior school children showing the social consequences of the misuse rather than just the physical damage caused.
