The Like - Are you thinking what I'm thinking

Futureheads - News and Tributes

The Raconteurs - Broken Boy Soldiers

...that's just off of the top of my head. What about everyone else?

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Show your Bones

Giant Drag - Hearts and Unicorns

Those +

Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan ~ Ballad Of The Broken Seas

Mogwai ~ Mr. Beast

Johnny Cash ~ American V

Regina Spektor ~ Begin To Hope

Muse ~ Black Holes And Revelations

Boris ~ Pink

Mono ~ You Are There

Howling Bells ~ Howling Bells

The Strokes ~ First Impressions Of Earth

Jesu ~ Silver (OK, technically it's an EP but it's as long as some albums!)

The new Flaming Lips album must be one of the most disappointing listens I've had.

at the moment, according to windows media player, my most played lps of 2006 are :

clogs - lantern

think about life - s-t

beth orton - comfort of strangers

liars - drum's not dead

final fantasy - he poos clouds

oh no! oh my! - s-t

cadence weapon - breaking kayfabe

haino keiji and yoshida tatsuya - new rap

i'm also going to go "out on a limb" and say that

yo la tengo - i am not afraid of you and i will beat your ass

is the album i will enjoy the most this year (in the leaked version i have each track fades out 3/4 in, a clever tactic by matador to get internet pirates to splash out on the cd when it is released)
