good to see dedalus getting a few mentions as well. i found a load of early dedalus cd's when i moved flat recently and had a great time relistening to 'everything had gone to hell' live at the lemon tree. good times. :)

I still have the cd you guys handed out "A Christmas Gift For You' with dedalus, masamune, SIDCA etc on it.

It stirs up memories of Drakes and whiskey!

Off the top of my head:

Needles - Teenage Bomb

Deadloss Superstar - Stars

Eric Euan - I paphoo

Purple munkie - Queens of

Small Enclosed Area - can't remember the name... chorus is something like "It doesn't matter what your name is, I'll forget it anyway". Much like I forgot the title...

Dedalus - Almost Parallel

Nero - Girls with cellos / monkey song

Maple - Evergreen / Dangerous Boy / Every damn song they had

Current bands are rubbish.

Was unispiringly called "Who you are"... but now has been totally reworked to the point that 80% of the song is new and louder; same chorus though. It is now called "Kids need shoes"

Probably opening with it on friday

Copy Ha Ho - "Bookshelf"

One of my favourite songs full stop. Never mind that they're local.

Fiction/Action - "Red Read Red"

I think that's what it's called. Choice tune. It's menacing and maurauding.

I'm actually going to second that.

It's macoroni pie time!

i really wanted to do a version of R Kellys "ignition" with tractor noises on it, but i had little success in getting over my enthusiasm for this to Craig. Macaroni pie is good as a ringtone tho' , it never fails to get a funny look.........................maybe we should do Th_cats do hip hop, i'll phone Rick Rubin the morn. might get Biz to play biscuit tins on "girl, i wanna girl you up"......allthough he'd probably want paying for the session.

gawd,

I'll volunteer to play kazoo. Tastefully, of course............
