catherine
1. my parents thought i may be dyslex but then just figured i was thick cause i was to smart at other things. i dont think my spelling is down to anything like that though.2.her name was sally, i think her last name was grant but then my mind wondered thinking "isnt sally grant someone famous". she wasnt anyone big. (last year was all the important talks like a marketing manager from EMI) she works for everymatic who do things with the hazey janes. thats all i pikced up on. she just has a lot of experience with press releases and used to be a journalist.3. just because i wrote your instead of you're doesnt mean id never get a degree. fair enough if i was studying english... but im studying commercial music where i do a lot of practicle modules. i do know the difference between your and you're. but i just don't always think about it when typing and writing things on a day to day basis. Guest MDP
yeah sharon they have blocked ab-music now, but if you go onto www.google.co.uk and hit language tools, you can type in an adress, set it to "german to english" and it will open anything you want (netmsn, porn, myspacee, ab-music ect.) Guest Tam o' Shantie
on a side note didn't they admit recently that dyslexia was pretty much bullshit, along with ADD, recently? instead, now referring to them as "can't spell" and "no sense of concentration" ?PS this is not a joke post, i'm pretty sure both diagnoses (word?) were kind of just thrown out of the window

Alexandra
My friend Lucy always turns left instead of right and right instead of left whilst driving. When I call her a dumbass she always insists that she doesn't know the difference between left and right because she's dyslexic.I don't know exactly what dyslexia effects, but I know a lot of people who say they have it and use it as an excuse for everything. I understand that it is a genuine excuse for some things, but I don't think it should be used as an excuse for laziness. (Note: this isn't aimed at anyone). Guest bluesxman
I thought dyslexia was a thing where the brain can't recognise the correct order of letters or some such and so is nothing to do with being 'thick'.
