Stripey
I wrote this yesterday. This is a condensed edit of the full length track, so it's just under 3 mins long (for those of you with short attention spans ). Anyway, hope you enjoy it and look forward to hearing your feedback. Alex
It's a damn good track (liked the reverb tails leading into cymbals) but it all seems a bit too self-contained like the constraints of having everything hardware and very seperate sounds ala Bukem. Some more spontaneous dirty dynamics would suit me fine. Feel free to disregard (probably wise) coming from a chap whos electronic music represents a constant battle against whopping bitcrusher and quadrafuzz over everything (I try to keep it to what's neccessary, but 20 instances of quadrafuzz just ARE damn neccessary. I'm a big fan of the idea of sparse arrangements and well-seperated sounds and using them in a minimalist way, just a personal thing tho
