Tav
I'm not sure if anyone on the forum listens to Laura Veirs but I thought I'd put a post up. She is playing in Edinburgh on the 13th <next Monday> you can get more details from her site: www.lauraveirs.com tickets are £8 and it is at 7pm. Quite short notice but I think this will be a really awesom gig. I doubt she makes the trip over from Seattle very often.
Alan Cynic
I quite like 'Carbon Glacier'. Haven't heard her other ones yet. I'm too lazy and mean to go down though.
Graeme
Yes. I'm listening to her latest CD in the car at the moment. Great stuff. She once played at The Blue Lamp a long time ago (I think). It would be great to see her in Aberdeen, I know some people have been hoping that for a long time. King Tuts for me tomorrow to Le Reno Amps (with The Hazey Janes, Blind Pew and The Howling Bells)
