scottST Posted January 2, 2006 Report Share Posted January 2, 2006 that was so good, i love listening to blues and that was effin marvellous. its like a hybrid of jimi hendrix, rory gallagher and deep purple - it makes me think of a band Noise Pollution once played with, Danny Bryant's Redeye Band - have you heard of them? http://www.redeyeband.co.uk/down to the song - the singer's voice is very good, its like a less husky clapton, perhaps could do with a little more power in the delivery though?the first guitar solo is somewhere between jimi hendrix and clapton's solo style; which is no bad thing, with maybe a touch of ritchie blackmore aswell? only criticism - purely personal taste - i hate it when songs fade out at the end!nonetheless i really enjoyed that! when you get a gig in aberdeen let me know, i wouldnt mind checking this out live! well done.
