The only reason I am selling these is because they are surplus to requirements and are a tad to big for the tiny room I have my set up in.The are in 100% working condition and are in excellent condition except some idiot pushed the one of the tweeter domes in a little but this does not affect the sound in any way.If your recording guitar band stuff these speakers are ideal. I guess they are very close in sound to the Mackie HR824's but the yamahas have a bit more punch and are bit less wooly on the bottom end. They go ear splittingly loud and will impress anyone that hears them at volume.I paid 1200 quid for these just over a year ago. I will happily sell them for 500 quid or might be interested in an exotic trade heheh.
