Scootray
Hello.Seeing as I'm due to be playing The Tunnels on the 14th January, I thought it'd be wise to ask if anyone knows here what sort of backline they have in terms of the drums?Any info would be appreciated, ta. Hog
They have a house kit, I think (could be wrong) they prefer you to use your own pedals, cymbals.
trippinoneastereggs
yup basic house kit. As Hog Said best idea to take your own cymbols etc if you want it to sound right.
spellchecker
the bass amp is a carlsbro combo with a 15" speaker. i had troubles getting it as loud as i wanted, though that could have been my bass (it's active... though i thought the battery was pretty recent...). The Milner
take your own cymbol stands the ones they have there will damage your cymbols as they are in poor condition, and your own stool, again the one there isnt in great nick. Scootray
Looks like I've got a fair bit of stuff to take with me then.Stool, stands, pedal, cymbals, myself. What about a snare and stand?

As far as I know the stands arent that bad. But im not a drummer and never had a proper look
Lexicon Devil
If not taking stands be sure to take sleeves felts and wing-screws. There are rarely any at venues and your cymbals could seriously suffer if you don't use them.

The Milner
id rather take my own stands then let my cymbols get damaged because of shit stands tho.Best idea is really to take your own otherwise make sure you have sleeves, and felts, in fact they are something you should always have spare just incase, kef is very very bad for this as well.
