Tickets 3.50 (2.50 concessions & Regulars)

Doors Open: 8pm | onstage: 8.30pm

24 year old pianist/singer/songwriter The Boy Lacks Patience is set to release his eagerly awaited debut album. After an exciting year, winning BBC Radio Scotland's Critical Choice on the Tom Morton show and playing busy headline gigs in Aberdeen and further afield, The Boy Lacks Patience has been attracting both public and industry attention. Described as "pure originality" (Colin Somerville, Scotland on Sunday) the music is a heady mix, somewhere between Ben Folds, Kate Bush and Beethoven. Don't miss this night of piano driven songwriting, with local support.

I guess "A" ;)

I think the hang-man's been scuppered by a previous post Rainbow Princess, but just to enter into the spirit of the game...

D-a-- B- Da--

and yeah, Graeme is spot on, they did both describe each other as C*nts at the Datapanik gig at The Tunnels in December. A bit harsh on themselves I thought, but the music business is renowned as a cruel and highly critical industry.

Cunts that played rather marvellous music though. The table lamp was an especially nice touch.

*edit*

Dead By Dave? Weird' date=' I just got a thingy on Myspace from them. Not the kinda thing I would have thought would be supporting Chris but it could be interesting.[/quote']

The songs on their myspace really don't do them any justice, they are the kind of band you HAVE to see live. They are fantastic, and funny as hell.
