I don't want to to just open a tin and microwave.meh....Soup doesnt have to take ages, part cook some tatties (you could add other veg as well if required, pepper,leek, onion whatever) cut into small cubes in a knob of butter, add some chicken or veg stock, simmer untill the veg is tender then liquidise...yumG...
