Scorge
Slightly early for most of you, but I'm a Thistle fan and we've already been taken to a fucking replay in round one by a pub team (in the unlikely event of any Albion Rovers fans being present, apologies). Here's the round two draw (after this lot of games, the bigger guns come in):Gretna v Cove RangersArbroath v Dumbarton or Forres MechanicsAyr United v Cowdenbeath or Greenock MortonQueen's Park v Raith RoversLossiemouth v Spartans or Berwick RangersEast Fife v PeterheadThreave Rovers v Forfar AthleticStenhousemuir or East Stirlingshire v Partick ThistleStirling Albion or Elgin City v Inverurie Loco WorksAlloa Athletic or Selkirk v MontroseTies to be played Decemeber 10th. Cloud
I quite fancy Inverurie Locos to beat Elgin and Stirling, what else...Lossiemouth could be worth a bet to beat Spartans or Berwick Rangers too, particularly with home advantage. Threave Rovers could be in with a shout as well.

Similarly, I could see Lossiemouth getting past Spartans, but I think Berwick woud cuff them.Seen Forfar at Firhill earlier in the year, I think they're far too good to slip up. Scorge
How many do you think Gretna will score in this round? And how far will they go?Against Cove? At least six!I can see them getting to the last 8, as long as they avoid any decent SPL sides away from home........

Sam 45
Arn't Albion Rovers in division 3? So that doesn't relaly make a replay between them and Partick a big surprise.

Guest Jake Wifebeater
I'm keeping my eyes on Selkirk, who are now my 2nd team. I'd love to listen to Tom Hendrie's excuses if they slip up against the mighty Soutars. As for Dunfermline, well, we'll have to finish our mammoth CIS Cup run first. Hampden here we come. And Scorge, if the DA get to the final, we're going.

Scorge
Not long back from the 4-1 win at Ochilview, although the scoreline won't tell you that a) we should have been 3-0 down after 20 minutes, b) the Thistle defence was fucking awful (again), and c) goals 3 and 4 were scored past very tired Stenny defenders.....Here's the round 3 draw:Alloa Athletic v LivingstonSpartans v Queen's ParkQueen of the South v Hamilton AcademicalHearts v KilmarnockDundee United v AberdeenRoss County v Forfar AthleticFalkirk v Brechin CityInverness Caledonian Thistle v Ayr UnitedSt Mirren v MotherwellHibernian v ArbroathRangers v PeterheadSt Johnstone v GretnaStirling Albion v Partick ThistleDundee v StranraerClyde v CelticDunfermline Athletic v Airdrie United Looks like another APEX to Stirling for me then........ The Ghost Of Fudge
the arabs will beat us. season over. it's so bloody predictable. *sigh*
Knight of Swords
Soon as Clyde came out I said "That's who Celtic will get"."And Clyde will be at home to......Celtic". So bloody predictable. And whilst Aberdeen and Dundee Utd get each other, don't forget Hearts and Killie are playing each other (two of the top five teams). Also reckon Motherwell will have a tough match against St Mirren (despite St Mirren getting hammered at the weekend). If it was only one draw it wouldn't matter so much, but it's the fact these dodgy draws come out every single year.Anyway, I'm going to go to Tynecastle to watch us get put out by Hearts. I'm looking forward to the game, hope it will be a big turn out and it's generally a good place for an away game, but I can't see any chance that we're going to win against them. Rass
Hearts v KilmarnockFUCK's sake....an all premiership draw and we had to get one of the big three, it'll be a great match but i'll be leaving any hopes of reliving 1997 firmly at home. When's the match?Knight of Swords! holy shnitzel, i though i was the only Kille fan in exile up here
Knight of Swords
You are, I live in Ayrshire. Tell the truth though, Dundee Utd were playing really well when we put them out in 97 and I really didn't think we'd win against them, so you never know. However, you can strongly suspect that it's not going to happen. Very strongly. Very, very strongly. In fact, why the hell am I considering going to this game? I don't even like Edinburgh very much.
