macrocosmica split

Recommended Posts

Didn't see what all the fuss about them was

played a heap of legendary gigs, played with many awesome bands, released three albums, toured europe lots, and changed a lot of peoples lives.

in essence they did far more than most bands have done in scotland

you obviously dont like them, so why did you post in this thread?

Glad I made the effort to catch them in Drummonds last time they played then - thunderous gig so it was.

That's pretty shite. I was looking forward to hopefully catching them again.

I just bought their 'Ad Astra' CD off Amazon for 23p!!! Hadn't heard them before and was dismayed to find out how often they had played up here - guess I won't be seeing them live then....

if you can get your hands on "the art of the black earth" or "farewell to earth" i would

both absolute gems of albums

I had a quick squizz for other stuff after liking Ad Astra but no sign on my usual sources, will keep an eye out, cheers.

Because, as any intelligent person could deduce from my post, i think it's sad despite the fact i don't like them.

Keith Beacom, the drummer, has been playing with a band called Josiah that toured with Bangtwister Back in the day. There was a great gig with both bands at the old drakes a few years ago, hair everywhere! chech out josiah's site.. i think it's www.josiahrock.co.uk, or something.

shit news about the 'cosmica, shit indeed
