Hog
So we are half way through recording our EP, 2 songs so far are pretty heavy one isnt a million miles away from Fear Factory the other has a Lamb of God/Megadeth thing going on. Would it be shit to record a mellow song because I have a song written which is pretty unmetal.

Paulscoconutass
There's no point in forcing one.
Hog
Its not really forced Paul, just dont know if its the right thing to do. The rest of the stuff is pretty heavy...mmmm, gonna have to think this one over

Alan Cynic
Good one, Hog.....I was going to suggest we write a rock opera about bodily functions, but remembered that Pete Townsend had already done it with 'COLOS-TOMMY'.

Dan G
if it is a GOOD song then I'd say do it!
Guest Bob
Do the mellow one if it's a love song. That way when you take a girl over to your house and play her the CD she'll no doubt want to hear, you can play her the nice romantic song and while she's distracted by your heartfelt refrain, whip off her knickers for a good hard shagging... ideally to the brutal metal tracks! Camie
That's a good strategy.
Hog
Last of the romantics Bob Well, it can be mellow and evil, Pantera did a great job on Suicide note pt2, although it does sound a little bit Bon Jovi

Leckie Gilman
What's the worst that could happen?Well, we've all seen the Dr. Pepper adverts.Personally, I'd like your cd to kick my ass all the way through with no breaks in the middle.
