pete_inthehills
Ah, I remember when...Seeing the Dogs D'Amour last night brought it all back. I really enjoyed myself, wallowing in nostalgia. They played all the old faves plus some new ones that sounded like old faves. A pretty poor crowd, I think the bands brought more folk than actually paid at the door. The support was pretty good too.Pete
Afro Droid
They were fucking ace. I can't believe they played 'Roll Over'. I met Tyla.
Simmie
Sounds like it was a god one - I'm gutted that I couldn't go along. Apparently the Quireboys might be playing Aberdeen in December though - have to make sure I don't miss that one too!!
Hardcore Mel
it was brilliant. i'm so glad they came to aberdeen even if the crowd was a bit lame. we went nuts when they played heroin.

medichi
Over it, but forgot till the mention of Tyla - his straggly face and raspy voice makes me MAD!Actually, Dogs D'Amour are pretty good, and even Tyla's solo stuff is OK. Did anyone see the mad Weegie lass with yellow teeth on X-Factor who sounded like a cross between Tyla and Rod Stewart?
