Guest ()Papaspyrou()
Just an example of how threads actually progress on the website herehttp://www.aberdeen-music.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29195So, by post 2 we already have a cynical and unfriendly reply to, what I ernestly see as a pretty amusing link. Its not just TV Tanned, though. It seems that everyone is getting their handbags out and putting in hate fueled aggression which is normally way over the top and spans from something pretty inane.Any chance of something of a vetting system in place where people can be warned about their behaviour and perhaps restricted to post, ranging from, say, 1/2 a day to a month.Just an idea - I think it would result in some much better content. Edgar Graham
Are you kidding? You'd be never be able to post again if such a system was implicated. You constantly post such dull drivel which is not funny at all, it hurts my head.
Neil
We are actually already looking into doing something about this and if you are a supporter or sponsor then you may have already seen some discussions regarding some things we intend to implement in the Lounge forum. What you will likely see in the near future is a reduced tolerance from the staff when dealing with members making agressive and abusive posts/threads as well as the use of temporary banning to force members to "cool off" if they step over the line.
