Stripey
Had a shitty day' date=' any suggestions? [/quote']I like to unwind by spending a few hours fishing, either in the sea or a spot of fly fishing, it's a great way to spend some time alone in peaceful surroundings with the added bonus of a potentially nice fish to eat at the end of the day. Gardening is pretty relaxing and rewarding aswell. Failing that, a few beers, a sofa, and some chilled music can do the trick.
rhino
well depends on your definition of heavy haha, for me light rock is like Katatonia, Iron maiden, Lacuna coil..
Guest Page 99
What I do to unwind is simply lie on my bed in the dark with 'Times of Grace' or 'Salvation' playing on my cd player... works everytime.

Alan Cynic
I agree with *alex* and rhino.......reading a book in the bath works for me. (Or listening to a Dons match on the radio when in the bath is another good one).If you add the glass or two of wine, that should do the trick!
