marischal Posted July 19, 2005 Report Share Posted July 19, 2005 I'm impressed by the ban and expect the general well-being of everyone to improve.Hopefully the level of intelligence will be raised to the point where everyone gives up the habit voluntarily.Susan Greenfield suggests that by the end of this century , if we survive , smoking will have become a thing of the past.In the meantime , a smoking ban in pubs is the best thing that's happened to my health since the wife died. I dont think I've ever seen anybody tripping get aggressive towards other people. They'r eusually too busy tasting music and smelling metaphors.
